All BGA Protectors undergo a rigorous assessment once a year. This assessment evaluates both hard skills and soft skills. Through these assessments BGA is able to rank protectors / security officers based on a comprehensive appreciation of their strengths and weaknesses. These assessments also help in determining training needs to improve the standard of protection officer we provide to our clients.
